At Akilah Fresh, we care about your experience and are dedicated to getting your deodorant products to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policies below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You’ll get a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to all locations within the U.S. Most orders are shipped via USPS, but occasionally UPS or another carrier may be used. Once shipped, standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, Akilah Fresh only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping due to the high cost of delivery and customs restrictions. However, we hope to expand worldwide in the future! Stay connected with us for updates as we grow.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery. Email us at hello@akilahfresh.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll review each case individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, Akilah Fresh is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim—each package is insured, and you may be eligible for reimbursement to replace your order.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Akilah Fresh is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses being provided at checkout.
